She looks stunning at arrival. She's definitely been working hard, and I'm sure her sister has been able to really help her. I don't know much about Sam, but she looks stunning. I have high hopes for Janae again this year, but I wonder about her OSQ/Interview. If she can get those ready she'll be a hit for nationals for sure! I'll be curious to see how she does on Thursday. She did come across as trying too hard. I love Paige. She is absolutely adorable and has a fantastic personality. I know nothing about Sam, and truthfully, I had to go look her up because she did not stand out at all for me. Connie needs help. She seems very smart and clever in her interviews, but a little bit too much "in your face". I don't think this will be here year, but I would expect she will do well. Being "in your face" is successful at Miss America. Let's be honest, none of this is fair. There are other contestants in the past that should have won that never won because they weren't the directors favorite. It doesn't matter if the contestant is ready for MA, they don't care how she does at the end of the day. There's a delicate balance of being confident and being aggressive. Maybe that's the point I wanted to make. I do like Connie and I do think she'll do well, I just don't think she'll win.
