Dear Raquel Cruz,

I agree that the Brazilian people should have been able to know the information that was in the dossier. Since the elections were going to be a close percentage within the poll's, knowing the information within the dossier could have changed the minds of many Brazilian's with who they were going to vote for. It is time to stop hiding the "truth" of what was contained in the dossier from the Brazilian people.
