Subject: should I be their friend again?

From what I saw, there seemed to be many concerns with back stabbing friends, 2 faced friends, friends who lie and use others, etc. I can tell you from personal experience that it's not easy. I had a best friend in high school, and we were pretty much insepearble, until she didn't go to the doctor until a few months later and that cost her by giving her painful knee problems. For nearly 2 years after that we didn't talk. Then reandomly around the beginning of our senior year, she started randomly talking again. It got to the point of being inseperable again, she even helped me get a summer job where she worked. She got promoted and had this huge ego rush. She started treating pretty much everyone there (except the "cute" guys) inferiorly and was a suck up to our boss. It got to the point where I was angry at her that she got me fired as well. From this, I have learned that friends who decide when to turn on and off the relationship faucet are no good. She used me to get places because I had a car and she didn't have her liscense. She tried to make me believe that the most retarded guy at our work had a crush on me-when she knew I couldn't stand him. It's hard when your friends let you down, it's even harder to forgive them and move on when they use you, play games with your head. I was her friend once, then twice, but I don't believe she deserves the third time. It's just too much stress for a person to take.
