First of all don't feel desperate about it. You are a teenager and this is the time of discoveries, especially to know more about how your body is changing. Masturbation is a way of knowing your body and how you can achieve pleasure without having sexual relations. So, its normal people from your age masturbate, but keep in mind the consequences for example, if you are a female try to avoid using things that can hurt you. As you told us you are masturbating a lot, so try to spend your time with other things or try to talk to your friends about it. Don't be shy; probably they have questions and doubts about sex too.
Having sex is not a momentary time of pleasure; you need to think about the consequences, such as sexual diseases and pregnancy, so it’s very important to have protected sex.
Then, in my opinion you are very young to have sex, you need to feel yourself secure to decide about it.
