Don't you realize that bills come first? Moreover, why do people write bad checks to pageant vendors? Not paying for services is stealing! Why do people who can't pay their bills direct pageants? I would really like to know. I would like to know why someone would go do a pageant (or anything else) and not pay their light bill. Why would you direct a pageant (or try to) if you bounce checks left and right?
