mexican fender hardware and necks are about as good as genuine squire hardware etc....the hardware shouldnt concern you much unless you want to notice tiny diffrences in resonance through the bridge. but the neck is very important if you want it to feel real good, theres a shop in denmark street in london called andy's. they sell second hand necks and a shop called rockers on the same street sell new necks for about £50.
