I think that young women should be far far FAR FAR more aware of this AND other issues concerning assult and rape.

One thing that always crossed my mind is the footpath behind the Square, it's poorly lit. And even I feel a bit uneasy walking down it at night when I see someone coming the other way.

But thats not the only area of Harlow that I feel needs attention. And I definatly feel a lot more could be done. Can you remember back when we had all those meeting and a point raised for not closing the Square was "We feel safe"

More could be done I think.
