Subject: I HEAR THIS PAGEANT IS THE BEST OF THEM

My friend at school has competed in a few pageants. This will be my first. I'm a little nervous, but she says thats common to be nervous. She says once your there everyone is nice and you'll have a great time. I'm excited. My Mom and I are going shopping for my red dress and I'm going to wear the dress I am also wearing at my prom later in the year for evening gown.

Anyway, my friend competed in another state teen pageant and told me that other won offered very little in prizes. She said that Miss Teenage California was the best, so I guess it should be fun. Glad there is no swimsuit competition. I'd probably do it if it had one, but I'm glad it doesn't.
