Tracey, There have been several winners who were young. Melissa Anderson, Tiara English, Amanda Aardsma, and Carmella Papaleo immediately come to mind. Of course many, many young runners up.

Tracy
My name is Brittany and I participated in last years pageant. One of the finalists last year was 13. Even if you do not place, the lessons that you learn at the pageant are ones that you can use the rest of your life. It was such a positive experience for me! I hope that this advice will help!
Blessings,
Brittany Hammbright
