Mission Statement

To provide a venue of opportunities for the young women of California to win college scholarships, and achieve career goals.

To create and maintain a system of competition that will produce positive role models, exemplifying the values and principals of our nation.

To stress sportsmanship, friendship and fair play in every area of competition, as well as in life.

To encourage and promote the role of young women in all aspects of society.
