Subject: Miss Milloy signed a contract with Miss Will Co and she signed a contract with Oprah Productions. I wonder which contract she signed first. She won Will Co in February. I just wonder if she read what she signed. Contractual obligations can get very sticky. Perhaps "the show" was a bigger opportunity. But I don't think she was a front runner in Illinois, there are too many good girls competing.
