Subject: Your best bet is to look online. www.pageantresale.com has some great gently used clothing for excellent prices. Also www.queenscloset.com and a ton of other sites. In MN, there is www.alanevansbridal.com, www.drahoshcreations.com and the Mall of America has a new store called Glitz that has some great pageant items.
