I am not asking that these animals go away forever I am simply asking that they are properly contained for the safety of everyone. A small 4 foot tall pvc fence will not hold. A leash carried by a 150lb. man can not stop a 150lb. dog that is so much stronger. How will he pry his pet's teeth out of my little 30lb. boston terrier, surely I can hold mine back!!! A simple humane muzzel will prevent this when in public and around other animals and people. bIt would also ease the tension for some people like myself walking me 2 1/2 year old daughter around the park.

      - HOAs are to protect homeowners against asses like you. This forum is not to discuss HOA, but dogs, if you can read at the top of the screen!!! An HOA protects the value of your property and the looks of your neighborhood, which I care about. Obviously any large breed or any breed for that matter can kill you, so can a damn parrot.
