How are you sure that the owner knew it was your idea? What if she/he came up with it out of the blue and it just happened to partially be like your idea? I hate to be a pain to you, but I dont see how you can blame others when you dont even know if you were the first one to make it up. Sure you made it up on your own, but the owner might have made their version up on their own too without ever seeing your site. I know that when I used to own sites like this I used to be blamed for supposedly stealing other peoples ideas even when I had never seen their site! I want to set straight this possibly wrong accusation. Plus, its just a site, whats the big deal? And you didnt actually pay to copyright that idea did you? If you didnt pay to copyright it then anyone is free to take it and use it in any way that they want. Hey, and are you the owner of Swift Wolves? I used to play on your site as Buttercup I think. Or it might have been Spark Fire or Selina, my 2 main charachters, Im not sure. Im guessing that you can tell who I am by that hint...and im sorry to have to write this to you. I know it can be frustrating when people use ideas that you can swear you came up with first, but sometimes other people come up with things too ya know. And you even said that they didnt do the exact same things (they were evil and you said yours were neutral). I just wanted to point this little fact out to you, so that you dont blow up at the OOTS if one of them thought the idea up on their own...and the species Celestians was used years and years ago. Im pretty sure I read a book on them, some kind of ancient evil creature that invaded the earth. I forget who the author was, but did you ever stop to think that that might be the way they came up with it? It doesnt really matter, its just a site after all, and im not blaming you. I blew up at people before too when I was in a bad mood or when I was stressed out. For example, someone took my idea of Spark Fire being one of the main charachters and used it on their site along with my entire story line (you should definatly know who I am by now) and everything, then I blew up. But for one small idea, like when people took my list of names that people could chose from or my idea idea of honeymoon areas for newly weds I didnt blow up and yell at them for not asking me. You cant ask everyone to ask before using any silly little idea you come up with...that would be nuts because then if the first person to ever make one of these sites said you needed to ask they would be getting hundreads of e-mails a day and then everyone else would be getting hundreads of e-mails all the way down the line from the newer owners. I hope you're seeing my point in this little lecture. Again, dont take me the long way, I just wanted to step in and point this out before any violence got involved. Thanks for reading and I hope you'll think twice before accusing people of stealing your ideas again.
