Actually, you are quite wrong. You see, I am one of the members of the "Sevret Area" and this was an idea I brought up, one that the Site Owner did not agree with at the time. Well, she put the idea on hold. I then said I would type up the pages and pages of info I created about them.
As for someone using this idea in the past: I have no idea what type of book you are talking about. I created Celestians well over six years ago, and they are nothing like what you have described. Besides, Celestian is not even a word--Celestial is, but not Celestian. perhaps you are talking about Celestial?
This was my original idea. I create my own races and species all the time: I have created six that I use, so far, and I get all my idea on my own. I'm a writer, what can I say, and I focus on originality.
As for Copyrights: You are aware that there is this little thing called plagiarism, and it is illegal. To plagiarize someone's work is illegal even if it is not copyrighted, and nothing is free for someone to use if permission is not granted by the creator. It is highly frowned upon as well.
As for Celestians themselves: You obviously did not read my info carefully. They are naturally neutral but they can become evil.
All I am is saying is the idea is mine alone, and I do not appreciate it being stolen, and I especially do not appreciate you saying that I got the idea from another source because, quite frankly, I didn't. Oh, and I looked up Celestian on the internet, and I found nothing that came even close to the species I created. Yes, there is a book that has to do with a capital called Celestia, and the inhabitants are elves and humans. The elves and humans that live there are called Celestians, but in the same sense that people of America are called Americans.
In short, there is nothing that can justify what happened. There is no loophole. The species is mine, and all I ask is that the owner contact me.
