Subject: Do we need bikes for 10 days? Any good SPA'S?

You guys are going to really think we're vacation GEEKS! But as I've said before....It's our first time visiting Sanibel. Do we need to rent bikes for our entire stay? My hubby is treating his wife and daughter to a spa day....any ideas? Sorry to be a Sanibel Question Asker....But we are visitng Sanibel after a very "scarey" vacation on Cozumel and we don't want to repeat the disaster vacation ever again!
