Subject: Sanibel in January

OK - we are now going for a few days in January instead of October. What is the island like in January? Crowds? Weather? Shelling?
Cool thing is by taking a short trip in January - we will still go in June as well - awesome! Never gotten to go twice in one year!
Bad thing is - instead of waiting 1 month - have to wait..3 months - I can do that right?
