>Sanibel Arms West is lovely....much smaller than Sundial he layout of the units is great, with the bedrooms in back & livng area up front. The pool is screened in to keep the bugs away. It is a much different venue than the Sundial, no restaurants, arcade or gift shop. Sometimes smaller can be better.
The red algae goes where it wants to go when it wants to go. There is little rhyme or reason as to why it is bad on the west end one day, then moves to the east end the next, other than wind shift or a full moon. Fortunately, Sanibel has lots more to offer if it should be bad on occassion.
