Subject: Of these 4 accomodations which should we choose?

Hello!

We are planning a visit in late June or 1st week in July and have narrowed it down to these 4.

Seahorse Cottages
The Tarpon Tale Inn
Kona Kai Motel and Cottages
The Parrot Nest Motel

As a married couple who both just turn 50 this year
and want a cozy, romantic inn with the best ambiance, best amenities, and location in Sanibel at the lowest price.

Could anyone recommend one over the other here for any obvious reason?

Also are any of the above catered more to adults only?

Not that we mind children, we have grandchildren at home but thinking it might add to the romantic feel if on the grounds themselves its mostly adults.

But again its not that important.

Also traveling at this time is it still early enough into the season to where there probably would not be a big threat of a hurricane? Is it quite rainy then?
