If you get any replies on this I would be so very surprised.

Under 300 a night maybe...but 750 a week...come on....

Renters are dying down there to pay their mortgages...
taxes...
insurance...

and they have priced themselves so high now, that those of us that want to go cannot afford it and those that can afford it for extended periods of time are chosing to go elsewhere.
