Here is the house that is over $8000!

We rented it previously for just over $3000 before Charlie
hit.

Here is house for the same period of 4/12 to 4/19 on another island for 1/2 the price.

Similiar in size (1 less bedroom).

Other homes for smaller groups are much less than those on Captiva. And they are still private homes with private pools and within walking distance to the water. NOT the private stilt homes or condos with shared amenities.

I do not want to get into an argument, but prices ARE much higher on Captiva.
Trust me. I still love the island and want to come back, but since Charlie and since being on 10 best beaches, I think some greed has entered into SOME (not all) owners.
