S� faltou esclarecer que a "clara pilotagem pol�tica ao n�vel mundial" acontece por vontade mal disfar�ada das grandes empresas transnacionais.
Ou seja a governa��o "pol�tica" acaba por estar subordinada � governa��o "econ�mica", n�o dos "mercados" (m�tica entidade que bem podem procurar todos os investigadores e mais alguns...), mas sim dos conselhos de administra��o do Capital. Ou a "M�o Visivel" de que falava Alfred Chandler Jr., por oposi��o � m�tica m�o invisivel "dos mercados".
