If you find the picture online, you can... er... 'borrow' the picture from the site where you found it by copying the url of where the picture is hosted example:

If you google, say, Chase Ellison, right-click the image and select "save image location" Then just paste it and tag it with the html img tags :)

However, if you have the pictures on your hard drive you can upload the picture to a photo hosting site like photobucket, image shack, webshots, etc... I prefer imgur.com, though - it's just easiest to work with, in my opinion. After you upload the pictures, there will be links on the side that are already tagged so that all you have to do is copy the link and paste it :)

Just in case you're not familiar with the img code, which I'm sure you are, it's:

img src="Picture URL here" alt="Picture URL here">

To change the size, at the end of the tag put in width="", to the desired pixel size, I've switched Ellison, here, to 400 pixels in width. :)
