Subject: Fate knows the way

I, personally believe in fate, that everything happens for a good reason. The fact that I can't understand the why's, doesn't mean that it's not true.

However, prophecies are written for a reason too. The prophet is only a tool, his task is to write down the possible outcome he sees, though he's not fully aware of the 'real hand' that writes the message. He doesn't have to understand it, his fate is only to write it down.
But it won't do any good if the person who can fulfill or avoid that outcome doesn't come across that writing, so it must be in his fate to know about it.
The only question is: does this person has the personal history that gives him/her the strength to change that outcome? Well, fate already 'knows' that.

If this is true, than the prophecy might be wrong for a reason. That doesn't mean that free will doesn't exist, it might only mean that you already made your decisions long before you know it.

But whatever you do or not do about it, I think just knowing the prophecy definitely makes a change deep inside of you too.

I can only hope this makes some sense.

Once, on a big day in my life, I was foretold about something bad, and it came true, but I had the strength to fight until everything turned out for the best. I'm not sure that everything would have been the same without that knowledge.
