So I finally watched the whole movie, and it was 'cool', but it was *obviously* one of those movies that was a book series first. You can always tell when they try to fit a whole mythology and a bunch of literary background into a 90 minute movie. (Same thing happened with "Golden Compass") It's like...too much. So the movie feels like it's just jumping around from one scene to the other without really giving a full explanation as to what's going on.

But...the eye candy was a plus. Hehehe, so that was fun. :)

And I like Josh Hutcherson too! You should check out "Little Manhattan" if you get a chance! It's a 'boy meets girl', young love, story...but it's almost like a "Billy Chase" movie! Heheheh! So cut! Heartwarming and all that!

Anyway, on a scale of 1-10..."Vampire's Assistant" is about a 6. But yes...worth a freebie coupon. :)
