Their hunters are lethal killing machines, with no mercy whatsoever. They believe in their job. It is theirduty to protect the species, even at the expense of a few lives. It is the only way order is kept in a world filled with such powerful beings of darkness.
If you ha done something against the Elder's divine order...and you KNEW that hunters had been dispatched to silence you, once and for all...what would you do?
Would you HIDE? Just bury yourself as far underground as you could and wait for the threat to pass? If ever? Maybe find a safe sanctuary and stay put?
Would you FIGHT? Gather your weapons, get help from whatever friends you could find, and try to defend yourelf against a trained assassin? The survival rate, I assure you....is very low.
Would you RUN? Perhaps try to take leave of everything you know, and risk being discovered as you attempt to get as far away from them as possible? HOPING that they wouldn't be able to track you down eventually.
Would you REASON? Would you try to plead your case to the elders? Maybe try to explain and have them call the dogs off? After all...if you don't at least try, chances are you'll be hunted for the rest of eternity.
Whatever your choice is...let us know what you would do and why! What could you possibly do...when the darkness has its sights set on your demise?
