When you install the program, straight away it ask's for the serial number to be installed and this is where you fire up the keygen to obtain a serial number.
I can take it that you have a copy of the program and not just the Keygen?
On a lot of programs after you have installed them, you can Register by clicking on HELP>ABOUT and you will see REGISTER.
