Subject: faking active PC

My downloads through Utorrent are fine as long as I am keeping my PC active through my other activities. If PC left alone with utorrent alone (say at night...or even daytime), the download rates starts coming down....until it is almost stopped. The moment I start my other operations, downloads speed up to normal rate. I believe I need a utility to fake/mock an active PC to overcome this pain in the ass (from ISP side I'm sure).
