Date Posted: 10:42:33 07/05/11 Tue FYI - these photos illustrate the safety issue extremely well. When holding an inmate who is handcuffed do NOT hold the inmate by the handcuff chain. Basically the suspect just has to fold one hand on top of the other, trapping the officer’s hand easily breaking the hand or fingers.
