WHAT I AM SAYING IS THAT THE RULES HAVE CHANGED SO MUCH THAT IF YOU ARE NOT IN THE (YOUR) CIRCLE YOUR COMPLETELY IN THE DARK. WHEN DID YOU ALLOW AFTERMARKET BLOCKS AND 18 DEGREE HEAD SMALL BLOCKS? LOOK WHERE YOU ADVERTISE THIS CLASS. WHAT DO THE RULES SAY THERE. IF YOU WANT A BUSINESS TO SUCCEED YOU ADVERTISE YOUR ASS OFF IN THE IMMEDIATE AREA, THEN EXTEND THAT COVERAGE. DO YOU SEE WHERE I AM GOING WITH THIS? YOU HAVE TO TELL PEOPLE WHAT IS THERE, NOT HAVE THEM GO BY HERESAY, OR JUST FLAT OUT GUESS. THERE HAS TO BE SOME GUIDELINES TO MAKE THE CLASS COMPETITIVE. MOST PEOPLE THAT I HAVE TALKED TO IN LAST MONTH ABOUT THIS CLASS ARE PISSED BECAUSE YOU LOOK AT THE RULES THAT ARE ON REDLINES WEBSITE AND THEY ARE THE SAME AS WHEN THE CLASS OPENED. SO THE GUY THAT IS BUILDING HIS STOCK BLOCK 23 DEGREE HEAD SMALL BLOCK FOR NINE INCH COULD HAVE BUILT BETTER STUFF BUT DIDN'T. IF YOU WANT THIS CLASS TO SUCCEED YOU SHOULD MANAGE IT A LITTLE BETTER. AND ABOUT THE LOYALTY THING, YOU SAID IT YOURSELF YOU BUILT THE CLASS AROUND THE LITTLE GUY. IF THERE ARE ALL THESE PEOPLE OUT THERE WITH A LOT OF EXPENDABLE INCOME HAVE THEM SET THEIR CARS UP TO RUN THE CLASS. THAT IS ALOT TO ASK BECAUSE THAT IS HARD TO DO WITH THE MONEY, MUCHLESS WITHOUT IT. BUT THAT IS WHAT YOU ARE TELLING THE LITTLE GUY TO DO. THERE HAS TO BE A HAPPY MEDIUM SOMEWHERE, DONT YOU THINK? ON A DIFFERENT NOTE WILL THE SCALES BE THERE ON THE 14TH? MADE SOME CHANGES AND JUST WANT TO BE LEGAL WEIGHT, WHO PLANS ON BEING THERE SO FAR? Subject Author Date Terry.....I'm not in charge of the 9 inch class.....Kelly and Jay are.....I'm saying from THIS racers point of view....I want to see more cars and more payout....and making the opportunity available to guys THAT HAVE RUNNING CARS to show up and race is the easiest and quikest way to make that happen.....I really could give a frogs fat ass less if the rules change or not......but I do care about the car count.....because if you expect the track to keep having these races.....we need more participation.
