It does not have to be anything major it can be for a suspension. The only thing is that you do want to educate yourself on union types of laws. Read our contract its legaly binding and depending on who is representing you it may help. My advise if its our union representing you and its serious get your own Atty. No offence to the board but dont gamble your job over hurt feelings.
