Regardless of the truth or facts, if they want you gone, they will collaborate together,,,,, State watching the States back. Belief me, I've been there with what The Union, My Lawyer thought was a very solid case of facts, But the Commission Didn't care about the facts. They just took from the case what they needed and formulated their decision to fit the DOC's Desired outcome. Hence I got the Royal screwing FACT. So to say if I had to do it again, I would probably go Arbitration. Ex Employee
