Subject: They are not representative of anybody. They are not elected officials. Their duty is to interpret laws and issues regarding the constitution and issues that arise pertaining to it.

 Executive = Leads the nation
Legislature = Represents the people
Judicial = Interprets the Constitution and judges the laws passed by the Legislature and the states as to their constitutionality.
