Subject: Local contestants must raise $100 for CMN (whether they want to or not...). If you win your local, and go on to the State Pageant, you must raise another $250.00 for CMN. Local pageants in our state without big budgets or big committees are starting to feel the effects of this in fewer contestant entries...Some pageants are simply folding because they cannot find enough competitors...
