Crevan knew how hard this was for Bren, knowing her story. She had a dark past that was not easy to bring back into her mind willingly. He moved over next to Bren and placed a supporting hand on her shoulder. He could expect one of two things. Getting his nose broken, again, or her just shrugging it off.
