Subject: Death of the Lackey
In reply to: Lanski/Lupe 's message, "I'm reposting our really, really long message(again!) but i can't really respond until Bartsia does." on 13:45:56 06/06/01 Wed

Reading over the message, Gener set the items down next to her, and made as if to reach for the pouch where her money was. Instead, she drew her sword adn pluinged it deep into the lackey's chest, showing no emotion as her blade glowed a deep red. She pulled the demonic sword from the body and heard murmurs in the back of her mind as the red glow grew brigher and the black line down the blades center seemed to swirl, she could feel its hunger. Shuddering she placed the tip back against the dead humans chest above the heart, and the familiar gust of freezing wind eveloped her. The blade was a great weapon, made with unbelievably strong metal and surprisinly fast, but it was a demons sword, demon made, and she was the first non-demon to wield it since its creation. Replacing it in its scabbard as the wind died down, Gener felt the deathly cold chill(that always accompanied the swords soul-sucking ritual) that wouldn't fade until morning set in, and the voices quieted. The elf gathered the items and hurried off to the inn, wanting nothing more than to sit near a fire.
