My opinion on the subject is that cell phones shouldnt be banned. Cell phones are not only used to talk and text friends, there used for emergency's and can be helpful for a persons busy schedule or you could just be using the calculator. Though i dont agree that cell phones should be banned i do think that students should know when to use them. Using your phone at school or work is not approiate i think. In closing i say they should not be banned.
