I thin that have cellphones in school is not bad if you're paying attention and text, but I don't like when in class a cellphone is ringing because it interrupt the class and, make other people to don't pay attention, but when you are text to another person you can be paying attention perfectly. So I think it is OK when you're not interrupting the class.
