i think that cell phones should be allowed in school and other public places because people might have an emergency. i think that they shouldn't use it in class while the teacher is talking. if you get an emergency call while your teacher is talking, just ask her if you can go out of the class because of the emergency.
now if you have an annoying ring tone, just put it in vibrate or something where you can't hear the ring tone going off.
people shouldn't talk in their cell phones while driving, because you can get into the conversation and forget what you're doing, and you can cause a big accident, that it can even cause you death.
