 i think that it is a good thing that kids and teens use their cell phones in class because when u really look at it tey are either talkin about important things like a death or jus anything but i think it is a good thing but not in some classes because in some classes cell phones do distureb classes unless they leave the class room but yeah im done so dont even think about banning cell phones because it wont work .
