Subject: Update on Ownership SOLD!!!

Apparently the bid that Richard Witkovski turned in was accpeted today. No one else showed up to bid, obviously they did not want to pay more than $1,250,000. Mr. Witkovski must close on this deal by Friday. Witnesses say he looks like an 80 year old man. Whatever. The story is still that he bought it for his son. It appears that Jack and Jason are still involved to assist and train this person on how to operate a race track. I dont know why or what reason Mr Muse is involved, but lets hope he sees the light and feels he can train this new owner himself and very quicky. I am sure I am not the only one that fells this way, but the longer J&J are involved the longer it will take this place to recover.......period!
