I've been in Cleveland and I've been here. Politicians only care about covering their own butt. It's really low that they did that and worse that they don't make it right. It's the same everywhere. You got good politicians and bad. Boils down to a what's in it for me attitude? Somebody made out on that deal and it wasn't Tarsitano.
