This would be like someone who just turned 4 (birthday within 3 months of pageant) being able to compete in the 2-3. This is really no different in competiting at T.M. in the 2-4 age group, think about it! We can't wait! (NT) -- Anonymous, 08:58:00 12/03/07 Mon
