I agree Joey; I actually wish every epsiode was 2 hours. I am curious to see how this season progresses.

Actually, Hafer, the midget got shot into the air and landed in Los Angeles, amongst about of rich snobs who have absolutely no grasp on reality and have the intelligence and usefulness of a mossy rock. After spending about 2 minutes listening to them speak, his ears began to bleed profusely and saw a bright light. Suddenly, he found himself in NYC, but to his extreme dismay, also found himself amongst a DIFFERENT group of rich snobs who also had no grasp on reality and had the intelligence and usefulness of a used Trojan Magnum. At this point, he realized that he had died and gone to hell, which was being ruled by Judy McGrath.
