I have used Certicom Encryption, Secure Memo Pad v1.3 for my Memos for years. I don't know if you can still get version 1.3 anymore but it works great, even on my M505. It takes the place of your Memo application and allows 128 bit encryption of any individual memos you choose. If you leave the memo it is locked up again, unlike Palm security. It is simple and secure but unfortunately only works on Memos. Hope that helps.
