Subject: Actually the dancer went over on their ankle. Got their marbles back and continued dancing. And danced the next 2 rounds with a very swollen ankle. I give her credit for even dancing again. So did the judges.

It sounds more to me like the dancer in question had a momentary brain-freeze partway through her dance, stopped, then recovered and re-joined the dance on the next beat. As long as she didn't go grievously off-time or leave the stage while the music was playing, I can't see a scandal in that either. Maybe her other two rounds were stellar. Maybe the adjudicators were watching the other dancers and missed her error. Maybe she simply made an awesome comeback. Sounds like a non-issue, in any case..." on 16:02:05 11/04/07 Wed
