My wife has known seemingly forever that I enjoy seeing attractive females smoking and that I am rabidly pro-smoking.

She does not read or share these or any other forums that I know of.

As far as I know, my daughter didn't start smoking until she was in college. Once, when she was about thirteen or fourteen, I asked one of the fifteen year old lifeguards at the pool where we swam in the summer, who was one of the best smokers I've ever known, to teach my daughter how to smoke. She simply shrugged and made a face as she took yet another of her deep drags, punctuated by an incredible snap inhale, and said, "You don't have to be taught to smoke. You just do it."

My daughter never pursued the matter any further with her.

My wife was very nonchalant when she learned our daughter was smoking. She had known I'd smoked since the night we met, her mother smoked all her life, and her father, when I met her, was a former smoker. I understand, while my wife was growning up, her parents would give each other cartons of cigarettes for Christmas so smoking was nothing strange, bad, or evil to her.

Any other questions?
