Hi everyone,

I have been reading the board for a little while now (very interesting and informative) and have a question that I have not really seen talked about and is of interest to me. I have been smoking for a little while now, and recently tried a menthol (newport lights) and really like them. To me, it feels nicer when I inhale than the regular. Anyay, I am continuing with my smoking and enjoy it more and more. My question has to do with cravings. I know these eventually happen, and was wondering if when they do start, is it a difficult time, or do most smokers adjust to them pretty easily? Is there any way to make it easier, or is it just one of those things that happens when it happens and people react differently?
