Eeek. This is y Im really making sure I only smoke no more than like 5 or so cuz I dont want to screw up my lungs or anything. Ive also increased my workouts a little, I do extra laps after practice and days that we dont have practice I go to the gym and do some cardio. Thanks for the info though Im still trying to decide on this smoking thing and I want to know the good & bad opinions
