Yeah, I remember I did complain a lot about her smoking. How it stinks and whatnot, sound familiar? :) It's funny how I smoke now. But in all honesty, I know she still would prefer that I didn't start, although she respects my choice in doing so.

As for how she helped me out, she more showed me than giving instructions. I basically watched her smoke. I mean I saw her smoke all my life, but actually watched her closely. How long she took a drag for and then how long she held it in for. She did actually say to be careful when inhaling as not to inhale too quickly or long, as I would get too much of a throatful of smoke (which I did anyways and almost hacked up my lung in doing so lol).

When I smoke now, I usually drag for 3 seconds or so, then I will inhale and hold it for only a second or two.
